Welcome to Chatmosphere. By using this App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the Apple Standard EULA (link). Please read them carefully before using the App.

Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Privacy Policy

• We do not automatically collect, store, or share any personal information.
• The App uses Apple’s MultipeerConnectivity framework to connect nearby devices directly.
• All communication occurs peer-to-peer, with no external servers or cloud storage involved.
• The App does not require account creation, and no identifying information is retained.
• Messages, sketches, or files exchanged between users are visible only to connected peers during a session.
• Users can now initiate private conversations with other users. These private chats are also peer-to-peer and are not stored on external servers.
• If a user reports a message, sketch, or conversation, the reported content (including any private messages or drawings) is securely stored locally within the app.
• When the user chooses to contact customer support, these saved report details may be included in an email sent to our support team ([email protected]) for review.
• These reports are used solely for safety, moderation, and troubleshooting purposes and are never shared with third parties.
• Reported sketches and private messages are handled with the same confidentiality and security as text-based reports.
• PencilKit sketches and handwritten messages are treated as user-generated content and are subject to the same community guidelines as text messages.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for what you choose to share, including in private conversations, and that you understand how reported content is handled.
